Meat "Vatrushka"

Ingredients

  • Minced meat - 500 grams;
  • Cream cheese - 150 grams;
  • Cottage cheese - 300 grams;
  • Grated hard cheese -100 grams;
  • Chicken egg -1 pc.
  • AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For minced meat" 
  • Salt

Method of preparation

Combine minced meat, salt, cheese, “For minced meat” seasoning and 1 raw chicken egg in a bowl.

Mix together cottage cheese and cream cheese.

Form balls of minced meat and put them on a greased baking sheet. The middle of each ball is pressed with the bottom of the glass to make cavities (like in vatrushka), and fill each one with the mixture of cottage and cream cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Sprinkle with green onions or greens.
