Draniki (Meat stuffed potato pancakes)

Ingredients
- Minced meat (pork + beef) - 300 g,
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning “For minced meat"
- Onions - 1 pc.,
- Latge potato - 6-8 pcs.,
- Eggs - 2 pcs.,
- Flour - 1-2 tablespoons,
- Salt
- Vegetable oil,
- Sour cream
Method of preparation
Peel and grate the potatoes.
Add flour, salt, pepper, eggs - mix well.
Salt the minced meat, then sprinkle with seasoning “For minced meat”, add finely chopped onions and mix well (you can add a little water to the minced meat).
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and once the oil is hot, add the potato pancakes (~ 1.5-2 tablespoons of potato mass per one potato pancake).
Form a small pancake from minced meat, put it on top of a potato pancake and cover it with ~ 1 tablespoon of potato dough.
Fry draniki on one side until golden brown. Then turn the it over, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and continue until cooked through for ~ 5-6 minutes.
Serve then hot with sour cream aside.
