Creamy scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
- 10g butter
- 800g potatoes, peeled
- 1-1,5 Tsp Mantra Condiments "Thyme - Garlic Salt"
- 300ml pure cream
Method of preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Brush a 6cm-deep, 19cm x 20cm (base) baking dish with butter. Thinly slice potatoes and season with "Thyme - Garlic Salt". Mix it up.
- Place potato over base of prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until just tender. Remove foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serve.
