Creamy scalloped potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10g butter
  • 800g potatoes, peeled
  • 1-1,5 Tsp Mantra Condiments "Thyme - Garlic Salt"
  • 300ml pure cream

Method of preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Brush a 6cm-deep, 19cm x 20cm (base) baking dish with butter. Thinly slice potatoes and season with "Thyme - Garlic Salt". Mix it up.
  2. Place potato over base of prepared dish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil.
  3. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until just tender. Remove foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serve.
