"Rosso" Sause

Ingredients
- Tomato paste - 570 ml
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp,
- Sugar - 80 g,
- AllSpiceWorld seasoning "Italian herbs" - 2 tbsp,
- Hot red pepper flakes from ASW
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l
- Cold filtered water
Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except for water and vegetable oil.
Add water in a volume which equals the half of the mixture volume. Stir well.
Add vegetable oil. Stir well.
Set aside for 1 day.
Enjoy the sause!!!
