Apple pie

Ingredients
- Apples - 1,5kg
- Seasoning MANTRA "For apple pie" - 1 tbsp
- Flour - 1 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Frozen butter - 110g
Method of preparation
- Take the butter from the freezer and grate on a coarse grater.
- Pour the flour into a bowl and add baking powder.
- Add the sugar to the flour and stir.
- Knead the flour mixture with butter.
- Put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
- Add "Apple Pie Blend" from MANTRA to the apples and stir.
- Heat a thick-bottomed skillet, add some butter and pour out the apples.
- Simmer the apples for about 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Grease the pan with oil, lay out the apples and top the dough.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the dough is ready.
- Serve hot.
