Stuffed mushrooms on a grill

  • Champignons - 1kg
  • Seasoning from ASW "Budjak salt" - 1 tbsp
  • Cheese - 300 g
  • Sausage - 300g
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Clean the mushrooms, cut off the legs and leave only the hats.

2. Marinate the legs of mushrooms in seasoning from ASW "Budjak Salt"

3. Make the filling. Rub the cheese and sausage on a fine grater, mix.

4. The legs of the mushrooms have already marinated, finely cut and add to our filling, stir everything, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise.

5. Stuff our mushroom caps and put them on coals. Cook until the cheese is melted.
