Method of preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Grate the chicken with olive oil and seasoning "Svan salt" from MANTRA, transfer to a baking dish and send to the oven. 
  2. In a mortar, combine garlic, Adjika seasoning from Santa Verde and salt to taste. Add the cream and stir. 
  3. Pour the cream into a saucepan and heat over low heat stirring constantly. 
  4. 15 minutes before the chicken is ready, pour it with cream and bake until ready. Enjoy your meal!
