Pork in a spicy marinade, baked in foil

40 min

3-4 people

  • Pork – 1.5 kg
  • Seasoning Santa Verde ""For baking meat"" – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ground black pepper from Santa Verde – to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Prepare the marinade. Combine seasoning ""For Baking Meat"" from Santa Verde and vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  2.  Cut a piece of foil of such a size that you can completely wrap the meat. If the foil is thin, fold it into two layers.
  3.  Place the meat on a sheet of foil. Lift the free edges of the foil and slightly squeeze, fixing them so that you get a ""shape"" with high sides.
  4.  Thoroughly rub the meat on all sides with the marinade.
  5.  Carefully wrap the meat in foil and put away for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator for marinating.
  6.  Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Place the meat in foil in the oven and bake for 50 minutes. Then unwrap the foil and bake the meat for another 15-20 minutes until it is browned and completely cooked.
  7.  Place the meat on a plate to rest and cool for a few minutes.
  8.  Pork in a spicy marinade, baked in foil, ready. Cut the meat into portioned pieces and serve.
  9.   Bon appetit!
