Ingredients
- Tortilla - 6 pcs (lavash/pita is also possible)
- Chicken - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Tomato - 3 pcs.
- Canned red beans - 6 tablespoons
- Canned corn - to taste
- Cheddar Cheese – 200 g
- ASW Seasoning “Mexican Taco” - 1 tablespoons
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Seasoning ASW “Italian herbs” - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation
Cut
vegetables and chicken into small strips.
In
a pan, fry the vegetables on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add
chicken and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Add
crushed garlic and grated tomatoes (at the same time, remove the tomato skin).
Stew over medium heat for approx. 10-12 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of ASW
seasoning "Mexican Taco" and take it off the heat.
Heat
the tortilla in the oven until soft.
Put
tortilla on the table and lay on it 2-3 tablespoons of chicken with vegetables,
1 tablespoon of red beans, corn to taste and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
Roll
the tortilla, put it with the seam down on a greased baking pan.
Grease
the burrito on top with salsa sauce, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven
until the cheese is melted.
Put
the burrito on a plate, decorate and serve.
